The cost of a one-room apartment in Poland depends on the following parameters:

- the quality of the infrastructure.
The highest prices for one-room apartments are observed in the capital. In the cheapest area, the prices start at 40,000 euros, in the more prestigious ones — at 57,000 euros. Real estate in Gdańsk and Kraków is 10-15% cheaper. The third place in terms of housing prices is shared by Wrocław and Poznań, the fourth — by Lublin, Łódź and Katowice.
Can I buy a one-room apartment in Poland and get a residence permit?
Real estate in Poland doesn’t entitle a non-resident to citizenship or a residence permit. Owning an apartment or studio allows you to apply for a residence permit for a long-term visa and to register a car bought in Poland. Also, when obtaining a short-term visa, the landlord is not required to provide the consulate with proof of booking a place of residence for the period of stay in the country.
