Information about payment methods on the Realting.com platform

For legal entities

You can pay for advertising services on the platform in the following ways:

Corporate bank card via the Internet

To do this, the administrator of the company’s office on the REALTING platform must:

  1. Go to the company dashboard, enter the «Advertising services» section on the left menu, and select the advertising service that they want to receive by clicking the «Order» button.
  2. The platform manager will contact you and send you a link by e-mail to pay for the service. Clicking on the link takes you to a special secure payment page within the bePaid processing system.
  3. The payment page will show the order number and the payment amount. In order to pay, you need to enter your corporate card details and confirm the payment by clicking the «Pay» button.

If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, the system will prompt you to go through the standard one-minute card holder check holder on your bank’s page (the page of the bank that issued your card).

  1. After payment, the platform manager will contact you to clarify the details of the service (scheduling a consultation in a way that’s convenient for you: a WhatsApp consultation, e-mail correspondence, etc.).

Please note that after the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation of payment at the email address you provided. Please save your payment details.

We accept payments via the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belcart.

Bank card payments are made through the bePaid electronic payment system.

There are no refunds when you pay with a corporate bank card that was previously used for payment.

To the platform’s bank account on the basis of an invoice

To do so you need to:

  1. Go to the company dashboard, enter the «Advertising services» section on the left menu, and select the advertising service that they want to receive by clicking the «Order» button.
  2. The platform manager will contact you to coordinate the selected advertising service and send an invoice to your e-mail to pay for the platform’s services.
  3. After payment, the platform manager will contact you to clarify the details of the service (scheduling a consultation in a way that’s convenient for you: a WhatsApp consultation, e-mail correspondence, etc.).

The terms of a potential refund in case of refusal of the service are governed by the terms of the public contract.

If your company does not have a personal account on the platform, you need to register on the platform using the standard algorithm and get access to your personal account. Registration form.

The REALTING platform does not currently offer advertising services for individuals.

The possibility to add properties belonging to individuals to our ads is under development.
