In Germany, a new law is being prepared that will prohibit real estate transactions for cash. The purpose is to prevent money laundering.

The country’s Minister of Finance Christian Lindner told about the forthcoming veto to the cash in real estate. He said it was decided to focus on this sector after a national risk assessment.

Germany, by the way, currently chairs the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). At a meeting of that organization, a German official made a similar statement.

FATF is now investigating how Germany has fought financial fraud throughout history — a report on the subject will be released in August.

In the photo you can notice that along with the new architecture there are traces of the former structure in the form of old masonry. And this gives the place a special charm.

The living area of the loft is 300 sq. m., which gives you an opportunity for imagination in space organization and favorite interior solutions. The first floor has a spacious living-dining room, an open kitchen, two rooms, a shower room and a utility room.
