The project involves the restoration of a farmhouse located in a large private green park. The construction and shape of the building are typical of Lombard houses of agricultural origin: the body of the house is rectangular, elongated and oriented towards the south; two side wings on the right and left on the ground floor give the building a C-shape.
The renovation includes the construction of 7 new independent residential apartments, all of which are equipped with autonomous systems and their own terraces and verandas, and on the ground floor and private gardens.
