In a wonderful place in Klabiniai village, Molėtai district, exclusive manor with buildings is sold.
The estate was founded in the last quarter of the 18th century (about 1780). Having assessed the current historical material and architectural stylist of the building, it is concluded that the manor building was probably built in the first half of the 19th century.
The building of the classical stylistics manor palace (unique code in the Register of Cultural Property 39845) is a rectangular plan, one floor, with a trowel, with two mesonic triangular frontons (with half round windows). Western and eastern facades are symmetric, flat. There might have been some decorative elements in the facades, but they didn't. In the southern facade of the building, an annex was presented during the Soviet era.
The main building material of the manor palace is red, burnt clay bricks, foundation for masonry made of outdoor stones with lime mortar, roof covered with tiles. Facade customized lime mortar, painted in white. Overlay wooden ceilings are suited to two row pigeons. The floor on the first floor - parquet. The interior of the interwar building was modernized, and during the Soviet period the repair within the palace was done to destroy the elements of the ancient interior decoration.
In the central part of the manor territory, in front of the eastern facade of the palace there is a large pond covering about 0.3 hectares, which was dug in the 19th century. For the last time, it was connected to the Wirinta River, and it was growing fish.
In 1829, the manor mill and the dam were built, through which the manor road was driven. The year of construction is evidenced by a record in a stone in the mill wall. The mill was made of outdoor stone masonry with lime mortar (the mortar was decorated with stone slate), two-storey, with a trowel, covered with tables (gons). The three walls of the mill (north, west and south) were outdoor stone masonry and fourth, from the river - wooden. The walls are heavy, so they are built where there is a strong enough foundation, and on the side of the river, where there is no stronger ground, they are chosen to build a lighter wooden wall. The Interwar mill was equipped with generators that produced electricity for Klabiniai Manor and village.
The river Vilinta shares the manor's homestead in two parts: on the right bank - the main, residential area: residential house with mesonine and manor dairy, on the other bank - the manor park. There were two parks in the Manor of the Klabini, one in front of the manor and the other outside of the river Surinta, near the village of Klabini. This park was filled with a wooden bridge, allowing the stairs directly from the manor. According to the available cartographic information and the location of existing buildings, the manor did not have a traditional, symmetric, neoclasticism-typical representative courtyard layout. Currently, only fragments of the manor park that are kept by the state (unique code in the Register of Cultural Property 39854) remain. In the park, there are mainly local leafy trees - maple, July, ash.
The manor homestead comprises 7,8518 ha of land, the main purpose of which is to preserve and use land of cultural heritage sites. The main manor space consists of 5 adjacent (total 7,8518 ha) plots. River flows through the manor area Wirinta, which has 2500 metres of coast on one side and 600 metres coast on the other. If the new owners would prefer to have not only a pond and a river coast, but also a lake, one or more further plots can be bought, which would allow the extension of the holdings and not only access to the lake, but also to their own lake. However, if more land is needed, there is a possibility to buy more plots of land on each other at an extra price of about 30 hectares.
