Status and separation
The rural villa was built at the turn of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries and was much smaller than the modern version. The last part of the villa was added in the early twentieth century.
Detailed restoration of the property, carried out in recent years, allowed to preserve the original appearance of the building: its stone facade, brickwork, floors made of tiles, wooden rigel and internal stone arches.

The property surrounds a land plot of 14.7 hectares, which consists of a functional vineyard (0.5 hectares), an olive grove (800 trees), arable land and an orchard. The vineyard is planted mainly with a red grape variety (Sangiovese, Canaiolo), and one white grape variety (Vermentino). The annual volume of wine production is 2,500-3.000 bottles, which remain for local use and are sold to guests of agrotourism.
Not far from the villa is a pool of 15 x 7.5 m, which allows you to admire impressive and always unique views at sunset.
Application and potential
The property is currently engaged in the hotel business, which is successfully combined with the production of wine and olive oil, thanks to the wine cellar. Having a separate owner’s apartment allows the owners to live and work in the villa at the same time.
