Payment options and types of deferred payment:

1. 100% (within two months) + 4% additional discount;
2. 50% within a month + 50% (within three months) + 1% additional discount;
3. Standard: 50% within a month + 50% within six months;
4. Bonus: 50% within a month + 50% during the year for certain apartments (with sea and park view (sea view + hills) on the 2nd and 3rd floors in buildings A and C + maisonettes)
5. Liquid: 40% within a month + 60% within a year and six months for certain apartments (with sea and park view (sea view + hills) on the 2nd and 3rd floors in buildings A and C + maisonettes )
6. Credit from the builder:
• 50% within three months + 50% with  8% interest per annum (installments) for the remaining amount;
• 35% within three months + 75% with 10% interest per annum (installments) for the remaining amount.

Reservation fee for the apartments:
• 2000 Euro: apartments with one and two bedrooms, large maisonettes;
• 1500 Euro: studios and small maisonettes.

Additional expenses:
Maintenance fee is 9,60 euros / m2 and covers: security, video surveillance, parking, lighting throughout the complex, sweeping and cleaning of swimming pool, complex territory, children playgrounds, pedestrian areas and pathways, gardening.

Payment of utility services (electricity and water):
• Opening up a deposit account in the office of the complex, where all statements are submitted: 5 lv./ per month;
• Via Internet personally from the owner.
