An extraordinary development in Bang Tao area — a new premium-class apartment project, located near Layan Beach in one of the elite island districts.
Inspired by the tropics and the vibrant local flavour, we were able to create a project that manifests a symbiosis of man, architecture and nature. -Mark Gurda, Managing Partner ZROBIM architects
The concept of striking architecture
Traditional Thai fishing villages have a long history. These unique settlements, often built on stilts over the water, were originally created as temporary shelters for fishermen. Over time, they evolved into permanent homes where generations of families continue their traditional way of life.
They are a symbol of the Thai people’s resilience and their adaptability to natural conditions. Despite the apparent isolation of individual houses, at the heart of each village is a strong community where everyone knows each other and is willing to help.
Bamboo Forest consists of three separate buildings, which are visually united into an ensemble, organically growing out of the dense greenery of the island.
Two lifestyles come together harmoniously in a single development. Buildings A and B are designed for those who have embraced the pleasure of living in Thailand and decided to stay long‐term, while Building C caters to those who lead an active lifestyle and prefer not to settle in one place for too long.
A well‐designed environment for modern, active people
The project offers everything necessary for a quality and harmonious life: a gym, a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a kids pool, a restaurant, and a co‐working space.
Smart Home
The smart home system allows you to select the ideal scenario based on the situation, time of day, or mood — in just a few seconds. You can manage your apartment from anywhere.
The climate control system allows you to leave for a month or a year while the «smart home» automatically maintains the temperature and humidity inside the premises. This is especially important in a tropical climate.02
Climate control sensors will regularly measure the humidity and temperature in the rooms, from time to time turning the central air conditioning on and off, opening and closing curtains and tulle.03
Turning off appliances during a long absence and balancing the temperature in the apartment is the key to energy saving and optimal humidity levels.
