According to the authorities, in the near future, foreigners will be able to own any number of properties, and these properties can be in the same city. Now foreigners can own no more than two properties in Egypt, and both of them must be in different cities.
Thus the authorities hope to reduce inflation and relieve pressure on commodity prices.
