The complex is designed in two phases:
Phase 1:

The villas vary in size, with gross areas of 194 m² (net: 166.5 m²/twin villa), 261 m² (net: 223 m²), 327 m² (net: 275.5 m²), and 206.5 m² (net: 175 m²/twin villa), and land areas of 685 m², 441 m², 581 m², and 730.5 m². The 12-apartment building is located on a 2,109 m² plot and includes 6 48 m² (1+1) apartments, 3 85 m² (2+1) apartments, and 3 109 m² (3+1) apartments. The building offers private parking for residents, two pools (adult and children’s pools), and a poolside seating area. Designed with more modern architectural lines, Phase 2 maintains the overall integrity of the project. Construction is set to begin in April 2025, with delivery expected in November 2026.
