The complex is designed in two phases:

The 12-apartment building is located on a 2,109 m² plot and includes 6 48 m² (1+1) apartments, 3 85 m² (2+1) apartments, and 3 109 m² (3+1) apartments. The building offers private parking for residents, two pools (adult and children’s pools), and a poolside seating area. Designed with more modern architectural lines, Phase 2 maintains the overall integrity of the project. Construction is set to begin in March 2026, with delivery expected in November 2027.
