Land with a ruin in Lovchen National Park
Plot of 4230m2, and the ruina of a stone house of 77m2 at the base.
An asphalt road leads to the site.
The site is 1.5 km from the famous vacation spot - Ivanovo Koryto. There is also a national restaurant and an amusement park.
From Kotor and Tivat in 38km. From Cetinje in 14km. From Mausoleum Negush in 6 km.
The Lovchen mountain range, on the top of which the national park of the same name is located today, is for Montenegro a real state symbol and the basis of national identity. After all, it was here that the most famous and revered of the rulers of the country, the philosopher and poet, Peter II Petrovich Negosh, was buried. And from the observation deck on the top of the mountain you can see all of Montenegro in the palm of your hand: from the highest peaks in the northeast to the blue surface of the Adriatic Sea in the southwest.
Nearby is also the village of Negushi, where they make the most correct prank!
