Another staircase connects the terrace with the roof, which overlooks the entire Old Town and two minarets. The ground floor has access to a backyard/garden, full of trees. There is also a basement that can be used for storage or additional rooms. In the basement there is still an area where grapes used to be crushed in order to produce wine.

The property can be converted into a guesthouse or boutique hotel, due to its size, layout and location.
