Apartment owners make annual maintenance and management payments in the amount of 14.50 euros with VAT of 20% per meter of the total area of the apartment, providing full support for the territory of the complex, support and renovation of common parts of buildings, support and repair of infrastructure and communications, support and care for swimming pools, support and care for green spaces, year-round security, use of swimming pools, use of elevators, lighting of common areas of the territory, lighting of common parts of the building, warranty repair and support of interior decoration of apartments. There are no additional repair fees. All costs are included in this cost.

Payment scheme:
The first payment is 20% upon conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement.
The remaining 80% of the cost - installment payment for real estate under a contract with the developer
For up to 3 years with an increase in cost of 5% per annum.
For a period of 3 to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 6.5% per annum;
For a period of 6 to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 9.7% per annum.
Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.
In the case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 30% when signing a preliminary contract, a 0.5% discount from the cost is provided.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 40% when signing a preliminary contract - 1% discount from the cost.
In the case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 50% when signing a preliminary contract - a 1.5% discount from the cost.
At full payment of the price of the apartment within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 2% discount is provided.
The right to use the apartment is transferred after paying 20% of the cost.
