Apartment owners make annual payments for maintenance and management in the amount of 14.50 euros with VAT 20 % per meter of total area of the apartment, providing full support of the complex territory, support and renovation of common parts of buildings, support and repair of infrastructure and communications, support and care of swimming pools, support and care of green spaces, year-round 24-hour security, use of swimming pools, use of elevators, lighting of common parts of the territory, lighting of common parts of the building, warranty repairs and support for interior finishing elements of apartments. There are no additional fees for repairs. All expenses are included in this price.

Payment scheme:
First payment – 20% upon conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement.
The balance is 80% of the cost – installment payment for real estate under an agreement with the developer
For a period of up to 3 years with an increase in price of 5% per annum.
For a period of 3 to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the agreement – increase in price 6.5% per annum;
For a period of 6 to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract – increase in price 9.7% per annum.
Payments by installments are made in quarterly installments.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 30% upon signing the preliminary agreement, – 0.5% discount on the price.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 40% upon signing the preliminary agreement – 1% discount on the price.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 50% upon signing the preliminary agreement – 1.5% discount on the price.
If the cost of the apartment is paid in full within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 2% discount is provided.
The right to use the apartment is transferred after payment of 20% of the cost.
