We offer for rent warehouse space in the basement of a building in ag. Putrishki, st. Internationalnaya, 13B (4 km from Grodno).
Total basement area – 906.7 sq.m.
The basement consists of:
— warehouse premises of different sizes;
— refrigerating chamber with a volume of about 200 cubic meters;
— 2 elevator shafts for cargo lifts from/to ramps;
— 2 technical rooms;
— 2 bathrooms.
Ceiling height – 2.97 m. There is natural lighting – PVC double-glazed windows.
