For sale is offered an ancient, unique, historical palace on the first line by the sea, in the village of Dobrota. The palace was built in the late 18th century and is considered one of the most famous palaces in Montenegro. The palace belonged to the Tripkovich family in the 18th century. It is located a little far from the shore and raised to a hill. The Tripkovich family coat of arms is built into the defensive wall of the palace. In front of the palace is its own, small pier with a platform that belongs to the palace. There are gardens behind the palace. The palace was built of Korculan stone, the total area is 1150m2, on a plot of 1500m2. Four levels, 3 garages and parking for several cars. The property is registered as cultural heritage. The first floor is the main entrance with an office and a small reception, spacious living room, dining room with kitchen and bedroom. The second floor is the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. Third floor: large living room with fireplace and three bedrooms. Behind the palace, on the side of the mountains, there is an extension in which the kitchen was previously located.
