Kolasin Valleys is a year-round world-class ski resort complex located in the heart of Montenegro. The project infrastructure includes 23 hotels and 73 exclusive chalets. All details about the project with numbers and photos are below.
The concept of the Kolasin Valleys resort was developed by the Canadian company Ecosign, a recognized world leader in the design of ski resorts. Its portfolio includes more than 400 successful projects in 41 countries, including world-famous alpine resorts such as Davos, Courchevel, and St. Anton.
Ski Infrastructure Kolasin Valleys
The resort is equipped with a modern artificial snowmaking system, which uses specially created lakes to create a snow cover. This technology allows maintaining stable conditions for skiing even in winters with little snow, which means that winter sports enthusiasts will always have something to do.
Trails and lifts:
- Current length: 50 km of ski slopes.
- Development plan until 2028: 125 km of trails.
- Development plan until 2030: 142 km of trails.
- Maximum height of lifts: 2034 meters.
- Elevation marks: 1450 and 1600 meters, connected by the K-7 chairlift.

Each chalet is a separate complex with a well-thought-out infrastructure:

The chalets are harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape, providing privacy and at the same time proximity to the resort infrastructure.

Investment attractiveness
Kolasin Valleys offers investors unique opportunities:
- The increase in attendance grew by 40% over the last season. This is a testament to the high level of interest in the region, which is only likely to grow with new infrastructure improvements and road projects making the resort easier to access.
- Potential for property value growth. Investments in infrastructure, such as multi-level parking, widening of pistes, and creation of lakes for artificial snow, will significantly improve the comfort and attractiveness of the resort. This will lead to an increase in the number of visitors and higher property prices.
- Montenegro’s favorable economic environment. As a developing country with a growing economy and the first candidate to join the European Union by the end of this decade, Montenegro creates additional incentives for foreign investors.
- Tourism infrastructure development program. For example, the construction of a new highway and tunnel in airport in Berane connecting Kolasin with other regions, attracts tourists and investors from neighboring countries, which contributes to the further growth of tourism and real estate.
Considering all these factors, Kolasin Valleys is a promising investment destination that offers good opportunities for those who are ready to invest in their future.
