The Villa "Amanda" is located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Kotorsky Gulf and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The villa was carefully restored over the past 2 years.
The villa consists of 3 floors and accommodates: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 large living room and kitchen. Outside are 3 large terraces with summer furniture and amazing views of the sea and mountains.
The villa is only 10 minutes from the medieval city of Kotor and 15-20 from the airport in Tivat. In which you will find many restaurants, cafes, shops, boutiques, night clubs, as well as ancient monuments and churches. The villa has its own pier, where you can moor your boat/yacht or just sunbathe on sun loungers. A few meters from the house is a small beach that is ideal for young children. There are a small grocery store in 3-5 pins of walking from the house.
