In the 1880s, German merchant Julius Fogess built a glass factory in Līvāni, which already employed 300 workers in 1997.
32 buildings are located on a total area of 7.7 ha. It includs a 3-story administrative building (area of premises 2407 sq. m), garage boxes, a warehouse, angar, tower and other buildings. According to the territorial plan, the land plot has the status of a territory for the construction of industrial and commercial objects (R2).
Some of the buildings can be used after repair.
Currently, the territory of the factory is disconnected from communications (electricity, gas, water supply, etc.), but they can all be connected as factory is situated in the city.
Access to the factory is with a good asphalt road.
Good investment opportunity to develop factory, warehouse, storage, production etc.
