Positioning. Historical center on the slopes of Mount Mtatsminda: Prosp. Rustaveli, Liberty Square, Sololaki, funicular to Mtatsminda Park. Theatres, museums, embassies, the best tourist and business traffic of the city. The fund - pre-revolutionary and "Stalin" houses, club renovations, a few new projects; elevators and parking are not everywhere.
Who's good?
Expats and couples "upper mid / premium", who value the center and status; investors under medium-term (1-6 months) and short-term rent near Rustaveli / Sololaki; collectors of species apartments / penthouses.
