Description
Three separate warehouses in the fenced area ( 0.4 ha ), 16 km from the authors of Malinovka.
Has good transport links on asphalt roads for suburban use.
One warehouse of 370 sq.m. is a red brick building with a two-stage cipher roof ( Soviet feeder from the times of 1970 ). The size of the main room is 25x12 m, it is divided into two parts by a partitions of ceramic concrete blocks. Ceiling height – 5.3 m. At the top of the walls there are many large windows that provide good natural light. On one side of the building, along the wall of 25 m, extensions with a width of 3.4 m are additionally equipped. These rooms can be used as utility rooms for staff. There is no heating in the building, but when organizing autonomous heat sources, an acceptable temperature can be maintained. Thus, this warehouse can be used not only for storage, but also equipped for any year-round production.
The other two warehouses are two straight-wall hangars of metal structures with an area of 324 and 732 sq.m. each. Dimensions: 12x27 m ( h = 5 m ) and 18x40 m ( h = 4 m ), respectively. The roofs are two-way. Wall and Roof Material – Metal Profile. The hangars are equipped with large gates and windows.
The territory is fenced with a fence of metal profile and large entry gates opposite each hangar. Three cables with a total capacity of 70 kW were installed on the territory, if necessary, it is possible to increase the capacity of ( TP in the immediate vicinity of the ) section.
There is no water, but there is a well, if necessary, it is possible to retrofit and let down.
