The main two-level house with a total living area of 176.4 m2 consists of two intersecting pavilions, one with a pitched roof and the other with a flat one. In the pavilion with a pitched roof there are rooms for the family, under a flat roof there are guest rooms. Inside: spacious hall, living room with fireplace, dining room with kitchen equipment, four bedrooms, bathroom and combined guest bathroom.
The guest house, with a total living area of 36.3 m2, for comfort, is located far from the main one. Inside: living room with built-in kitchen, bedroom and sauna with shower.
If necessary, this building is used as a full-fledged bath complex located on the shore of the pond. For this, there is everything: a steam room with a washroom, a rest room with kitchen appliances, an open terrace with a barbecue, a boat on oars and a hammock.
