A new residential complex is being built in a cozy, environmentally friendly location in the south-west of the capital. In the immediate surroundings there are well–groomed low-rise villages and the picturesque Ulyanovsk Forest Park. Thanks to this, inspiring views will open from the windows, which will not disappear over time behind the facades of high-rise buildings.

The project is based on our desire to recreate the kind atmosphere of our native home for people moving to the capital from different parts of Russia. The main boulevard will run through the entire district, which will connect the embankment, residential quarters and squares into a single friendly space, organically filled with recognizable elements of cultural traditions of different peoples.
