In this review, we analyzed eight of the cheapest apartments in Moscow. All properties are located in buildings with high-quality finishing, most are located within walking distance of the metro or public transport stops.

Analysis of the presented objects shows that the minimum budget for buying housing in Moscow starts from €37,036. The most common format in this price segment is studios with an area of 12-27 m². The price per square meter varies from €1876 to €3568, and the most affordable options are located in the settlements of New Moscow.
Most offers include ready repair or pre-finishing and are located in areas with good transport accessibility to the metro. Developed infrastructure of the districts includes shopping centers, schools, medical institutions, and recreational areas.
