In Tarifa, Cadiz, on the road leading to the Sanctuary of Virgen de la Luz, very close to the beach of Los Lances and easy access to the city ( 5 minutes by car ), in an inhabited area and surrounded by other similar buildings, This beautiful country house is located, ideal for life all year round or seasonally, teleworking or retiring on weekends for a well-deserved rest.
The house, on the south side, very ventilated and sunny all day, was built on a plot of 1500 m2, divided into four well-different areas without unevenness, completely flat, with very easy access on foot or any type of road vehicle that provides access to the village and the famous Light Sanctuary. ( Does not withstand heavy traffic at any time of the year ). Virtually zero noise pollution.
The first area is the entrance to the farm through a large metal gate, which provides access to an external car park for about 4 vehicles, a closed garage for two other vehicles, currently used as a ( warehouse planned rehabilitation of the same as a guest house or lease ). In addition, we found a well for irrigation of the farm.
The second area has a main house with an area of about 120 m2, consisting of a large entrance porch, which is used for meetings, barbecue and celebrations, which gives us access to the main living room of the house, with a fireplace and an open kitchen with an open bar to provide greater spaciousness for your stay. Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one main and one for children and a full bathroom with paddling pool and hot tub. All rooms have large windows outside with safety glass and covered with mosquito nets.
In addition, this area has another wooden structure with an area of approximately 12 m2 ( cabin ), which is currently used as an external kitchen.
The third designated area has a wide esplanade, intended for the ( garden, pending restructuring ), and in the background a study of approximately 50 m2, consisting of a living room, bathroom and bedroom. It can be used for various applications because its location allows you to use or rent regardless of the rest of the farm.
Finally, there is a recreation area that emphasizes the large swimming pool, surrounded by grass and fruit trees, barbecue and an additional bathroom.
The farm as a whole has been designed with supply in mind and has a large tank for storing drinking water, in addition to the rainwater collection system, which supplies the farm with water from “ la Peña ” ( non-drinking ), which is used for irrigation, bathing, etc.
A sufficient number of solar panels have been installed to power the main house, with the option of extending this system to other alternative boards or with some wind mechanism in the case of, when it is necessary in the future.
