Campaign 1 – Rental Guarantee
● Campaign Process
o Valid until December 31, 2024 or while stock lasts.
o The campaign is valid for the specified apartments as of November 15, 2024.
● Scope
o The campaign is valid for the flats specified in Studio, 1+1 and 1+1 Duplex apartment types.
o The rental guarantee is valid for 2 years.
o In order to benefit from the campaign, the buyer must keep the apartment in the rental system for 24
months from the date of key delivery.
o Along with the sales contract, the customer will also sign the rental agreement. The customer must
insure the apartment in order to be included in the rental system.
o In order to be included in the rental system, the buyer will receive the furniture package determined by
the Construction LTD. for the rental system. The amount of the package of goods will be notified 2
months before the key delivery.
o Within the scope of the rental guarantee; the Construction company LTD. undertakes a rental guarantee of 7%
of the contract amount .
o The campaign is valid for only 20 apartments.
● Conditions of Participation
o For the houses offered in the campaign, the first payment requirement is 35% prepayment.
o The prepayment of 35% can be paid in 3 monthly installments, within 3 months.
o 5% discount campaign requirement
o Ongoing payments can be made as presented in the payment schedule
Apartment Studio
- The floorings will be ceramic tiles of 60x120cm.
- A walk-in shower with built-in shower faucet and showerhead will be used. The brand used will be Hansgrohe
or an equivalent.
- The sink faucets will be Hansgrohe or an equivalent brand. The sinks will be Bocci Milano shelf-type or an
equivalent brand.
- Towel hooks will be Bocci brand or an equivalent.
- A heated towel rack will be used.
- Underfloor heating will be installed in wet areas in bathroom.
- A water-saving built-in reservoir, wall-hung toilet, and slow-closing slim toilet seat cover will be used. The
brand used will be Bocci or an equivalent.
- Mechanical ventilation will be used in the toilet/bathroom.
- Silver or black sockets will be used in the kitchen.
- The countertop and backsplash will be "Belenco" Angel White.
- American panel doors will be used.
- The kitchen sink will be 50x40 in size.
- The kitchen sink faucet will be Hansgrohe or an equivalent brand.
- Comfort double glazing will be used.
- Anthracite aluminum windows will be used.
- Wardrobe doors will be sliding and partially mirrored.
- Partial suspended ceiling will be applied.
Apartment 1+1
