The agency Prospect of Real Estate from Vladivostok talks about the aspects of their work
The agency Prospect of Real Estate was established in 2013 as an individual entrepreneurship and later, in 2014, was registered as a limited liability company. Initially, the company specialized only in the residential property segment; in 2015 it hired staff to work with commercial real estate. At the moment, the price segment in which the agency operates is from a minimal budget to 500 million rubles (the biggest deal). Prospect of Real Estate works with all regions of Russia, as well as with foreign countries through their partners.
The company is an active member of the Far Eastern Guild of Realtors. About 90% of properties are sold under exclusive contracts. In addition, Prospect of Real Estate offers legal services: representation in courts and any other services related to real estate. The staff now counts10 employees, some experts work remotely. The secret of the company success is an individual approach to each client.

Andrei has 12 years of expertise in real estate: from an agent, then a broker of the largest company in Vladivostok, to his own real estate company in the most expensive segment.
