Land is 3000m2 with building 1000m2 high sealing (5m) consist of tunnel oven (werner pfleiderer) 24m in length with all equipment such as mixer, divider, lifter, rounder, pre-fermentation chamber, fermentation chamber, steamer and much more. Also included a deck oven (forni mondiali) with tables, wheel rack, small tools etc. At the moment the bakery is producing around 15 species of bread in total of approximately 10000 psc daily. Also in the factory are one bedroom and one office space included. In the price also 6 vans that distribute the finished product.
