We're selling a historic building.

In 1552, a grain barn and warehouse were first mentioned on this site. In 2002, carefully planned and comprehensive reconstruction works were carried out in the building. Historical values of the house have been preserved and restored, for example, original wooden beams, window shutters, open brick walls, niches, wooden floor, etc. In the process of reconstruction, a light shaft and an elevator were built within the building.

The 7-storey building has a mixed use function, five apartments/office spaces, as well as one commercial space (with a separate entrance) on the first floor of the building.

Total usable living area: 576 m2.
