Luxury modern villa under construction, Seget Donji An attractive villa under construction is located in Seget Donji near Trogir in a special location surrounded by a 4* hotel and villas. Excavations began in 2019, where exceptional attention was paid to the preservation of natural rocks in the environment.A year later, i.e. in 2020, the construction of the villa began. The villa with all terraces has a total size of 567 NKP, and consists of 3 mezzanine floors, ground floor and first floor, or 5 floors. This provides a panoramic view of the sea and islands, and the natural rock of the northern courtyard. The flow of space enables natural ventilation for hot summer days. All other rooms are oriented towards the south.
