Location
The complex was built in a quiet and calm place between the cities of Obzor and Byala, 150 meters from the sea, 50 km from the largest Black Sea city on the Varna coast, where the international airport is located. Location The view is excellent – resort is located at the same distance from Varna and Burgas. If necessary, you can come to any of these two cities where there are international airports. The Varna-Burgas panoramic road passes through Obzor and a bus line and minibuses move in both directions all year round. You will be provided with convenient and regular transport at any time of the year. Not far from the Survey there are such seaside resorts as Byala, Elenite, St. Vlas, Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The favorable climate and natural resources of the Survey, as well as its convenient location, predetermined its development as a tourist and resort town. The local population is engaged in tourism and agriculture. Many grow their vegetables and fruits and sell them to vacationers for a small fee.
Description of the complex
The territory of the complex covers an area of 7,200 sq.m. The complex consists of 6 identical five-story buildings. Each building includes 11-13 spacious apartments, ten of which have direct sea views and only 1 or 3– side views, as well as views of fields and mountains.
Not far from the complex, near the town of Obzor, a mountain range with observation platforms begins. In the immediate vicinity of the complex there are forest lands with beautiful pine trees that protect the area from wind and sand. Close proximity to the sea, mountains and pines create an amazing atmosphere. The road to the beach along the shade of the forest will give you pleasure every day!
