Description of the complex
This is a small complex of apartments on the third line from the sea (350 meters) and the yacht harbor "Marina Dinevi".
The building is oriented to the south and offers a unique panorama of the bay and Old Nessebar.
The building consists of an underground level, 4 residential floors and a terrace floor, where only two multi-room apartments are located.
The architecture of the residential complex is made in the spirit of traditional Bulgarian houses of the past, which are characterized by a combination of wood and stone. This design gives the complex a special atmosphere and harmonizes with the overall concept of the resort.
Not far from the complex is a beautiful church “Saint Vlasii”.
Apartments
The total number of apartments in the building is 27:
-5 studios area from 28.56 sq.m. to 29.81 sq.m. .
-10 apartments with 1 bedroom area from 49.82 sq.m. to 52.80 sq.m. .
-10 apartments with 2 bedrooms area 69.52 sq.m. up to 78.58 sq.m. ;
-2 apartment with 3 bedrooms area of 90.36 sq.m. and 129.20 sq.m.
The apartments are sold with a turnkey finish.
The building will have parking for 11 cars, of which 3 garages and ground parking for 16 cars or a total of 27 parking spaces. Possibility to purchase a ground or underground parking space - the price depends on the area and location.
It also provides for unimpeded and free movement of sedentary people and wheelchairs on the territory of the complex.
Construction characteristics
When designing the building and living spaces, the designer tried to create a modern interpretation of the atmosphere of the old Bulgarian, in particular, the old Black Sea architecture. In the construction of the architectural image, there are characteristic for this period spacious terraces above the first floor, narrow windows, large eaves, bay windows on the streets and into the courtyard, high stone walls and towers, wooden gates, railings and stairs. Multi-storey volumes are “teared” by gradations of various materials (format building stone, contrastingly delineated wooden panels and cladding, smooth white plaster), multi-level roofs, alternation of protruding and buried spaces and other architectural techniques that give the architectural composition a visual versatility in depth and height, so characteristic of old Bulgarian architecture.
The facades on the floors will be treated with smooth white plaster on a mineral basis. Plinths on the first and places on the second floors will be treated with a coating of formatted city stone. The last coating of the terraced floors will be wooden sheathing. The roofs will be covered with red glazed tiles, reminiscent of the old Bulgarian single-tiled tiles. Window frames will be made of colored aluminum or plastic profiles imitating wood. Ballustrades on the balconies will be wooden and will be installed at a height of 1.05 m above the level of the clean floor. Wooden elements will be treated with modern special non-combustible primers and finishing coatings.
Duration of construction
Completion of construction is scheduled for December 2025.
