We offer the opportunity to purchase an apartment in installments, with a down payment of 20% of the cost. Within 3 years – with an increase in price of 5% per annum on the balance, up to 5 years – with an increase in price of 6.5% per annum on the balance. It is also possible to purchase real estate in installments for up to 10 years, with an increase in price of 9.7% per annum on the balance. The right to use and lease is transferred after payment of the first installment!
