Payment
20% of the cost of the apartment is paid in two payments within 3 months of the date of conclusion of the contract:
– 10% upon conclusion of a preliminary Agreement;
– 10% 3 months after the 1st payment;
The balance is 80% of the cost – installment payment for real estate under an agreement with the developer:
if the installment plan is 6 years from the date of conclusion of the agreement – with an increase in price of 3.2% per annum
for installments up to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract – increase in price of 6.5% per annum.
Payments by installments are made in quarterly installments.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 30% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 0.5% discount on the cost is provided .
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 40% when signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 1% discount on the cost is provided.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 50% when signing the Preliminary Agreement upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 1.5% discount on the cost is provided.
If the cost of the apartment is paid in full within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 3% discount is provided.
The right to use the apartment is transferred upon receipt of Act 16, which is expected in May 2025.
The notarial deed is concluded at any time, after full payment.
