2 cottages, 2 houses, 2 plots, 6 + 6 hectare
Buying and making for myself:
1) in both houses dug the foundation and insulated with Penoplex foundation + basement
2) made a pavement (borders + decorative tiles under the tree)
3) in each house made a separate sewer 2 wells of 2 rings (a total of 4 wells of 2 rings, the bottom of the wells 30-40 cm covered with small stone to increase the absorption area)
4) made a summer kitchen (floor pavement tiles bordered by a curb, fully metal construction, aluminum roof)
5) the summer kitchen has its own separate sewer 2 rings of 1.5 meters
6) ennobled a detached shed, + negotiated with a neighbor and made an ideal problem corner, where bushes and grass grew all the time, but it was not possible to clean normally.
(7) made decorative stone columns under the terrace near the first house
8) tiled a porch near the second house
(9) planted 57 thui for a hedge from neighbours
10) showered and connected a 100 litre hot water boiler
(11) cleared and levelled both sections
(12) laid out decorative stone pillars, laid mortgages and jumpers for the fence
13) prepared and stacked a pile of wood
In total, all the earthwork was done, no more dirt and shovels (very much there are photos and videos from the construction site, all the scrupulousness and meticulousness can be seen: absolutely everywhere a fertile layer of soil was selected and imported sand, sealing of seams, sealing of rings and so on fell asleep.
• The whole road to the ST gate is paved.
• 55 km from the Moscow Ring Road (the whole road except for the direct exit from the highway in 2 km goes along the M1, pressed 129 half an hour and in place).

• Remote from large cities eliminates petty thieves, no one climbs into the house, everything that lies badly does not take away, even those who do not have a fence do not suffer.
• It is possible to conduct a three-phase power supply system and organize electric heating.
• Every house has a fully functioning stove.
• In one of the houses the windows were replaced by windows.
• In each house there is a cellar, in one not a cellar, but an underground kingdom: 3 by 3 meters in full growth, dry clean with concrete walls and ceiling, it will be convenient to place equipment for water from the well (neighbors wells are not at all 30 meters deep, the water is already perfectly clean, and drilling is not expensive), in the second cellar it is easiest to imagine it as a pit in the city.
• The total seasonal water, including early, is turned off this year for example on October 19, but through the house, there is a well functioning all year round, the water in it is checked every season, the water is excellent.
• There is a chat in all suburban cooperatives in the district for 1700 participants, there you can find anything: freight, building materials, workers, mowing grass, food, master ovens, repair of household appliances, sharpening chains)
Perfect:
- for a family who is not enough 6 acres, you can make one house the owner of the second converted into a bath or guest house.
- for relatives (each on the plot and at home)
- For friends.
All my guests are amazed by the very starry sky, no one wants to go to sleep, and some are waiting for dawn to enjoy the birds singing. Three years of hard work on this paradise, but circumstances force you to put up for sale, I have already resigned myself and wish the future owner only good luck.
