The frame of the house was erected in the fall of 2015 from beams that were prepared for construction indoors. The house was immediately covered with a heavy roof, all shrinkage of the house has long ended (this is always a critical moment in wooden houses), the windows were inserted in the fall of 2019. The total weight of the tiles is about 15 tons, for a wooden house this is the best option in terms of shrinkage. The roof of the house is lined with wind protection from the outside, all water drainage is carried out (Austrian production).
The roof is made of high-quality German anthracite-colored clinker tiles. A membrane is laid under the tiles.
Inside the house, all the timber is sanded and painted in one layer with high-quality light paint.
The entrance doors, there are two of them, one leads into the house, one into the storage room for the lawn mower - high-quality, manufactured by "Stalnaya Liniya" with maximum thickness and heat and sound insulation indicators.
The foundation under the house is pile-grillage.
It is made very well at all stages, the total number of piles is 100 pcs. +/- .
The highest grade concrete with granite crushed stone was used.
The quality of the concrete can be easily assessed by the visible front part of the strip on which the house itself stands.
Very beautiful, high-quality floor-to-ceiling windows were installed, including sliding ones in the living room-kitchen, with an exit to the future terrace and the best part of the site.
A private well was made.
Sewerage - laid out in the rough screed of the first floor and equipped, 3 tanks for better functioning plus additional drainage. Pipes and branches from the sewerage are laid out along the site to the house.
Around the house there is a system for draining rainwater, there is a special collector where it goes and there is a special drainage - a separate storm drain, it is made separately from the sewerage system, which is also already installed and carried out. When it rains, the streams from the roof do not wash away the area, the water quietly and intelligently goes into a special reservoir with drainage.
Large-scale work was carried out to improve the profile of the site, in total about 50 trucks of sand and soil were brought.
A very beautiful and high-quality anthracite-colored fence was installed (manufacturer Wisniowski, a subsidiary of the Belgian company BetaFence), on the one hand it does not interfere with the views around, on the other hand it performs a function.
Sliding gates are installed, controlled from the remote control of the same manufacturer.
The warranty on the polymer coating of the fence is 25 years.
A beautiful spruce from the nursery was planted, it is visible from the living room and kitchen.
The spruce does not grow huge, a maximum of 6-7 meters, which is convenient and proportional.
A row of beautiful and already mature thujas visually separates the house from the road.
Around the perimeter of the house around the foundation, the soil for the future blind area has already been replaced with paving slabs - sand and gravel mix and sand plus ramming.

The house is supplied with electricity: 3 phases, 380 volts (you can charge an electric car), with a maximum permissible load of 24 kilowatts (this is the maximum that can be requested, this is not always stated).
Gas passes right past the site, you just need to connect.
There is a certain amount of boards and wood for further work, there are several trucks of sand and gravel mix, sand and crushed stone.
Nearby, in the village, a new quarter of individual development is developing and people live there, which is nice and convenient, new houses are being built and have already been built. You can always drive up to the house along the road, even in winter, there is asphalt almost to the house.
