The two-apartment building will be built in 2025 as part of the Kvartet Ježa project, which is designed as two two-apartment buildings (four apartments) that will offer you accommodation and recreation in nature and in the city at the same time.
The buildings will be built on a turnkey basis, low-energy (B1/B2), with a facade cladding thickness of 15 cm (since this is a prefabricated house, there is an additional 16 cm insulation inside the wall), carpentry with triple glazing and external blinds with electric drive, central ventilation with heat recovery and an air/water heat pump. A charging station connector for electric vehicles will be pre-installed. A chimney will also be installed to connect the fireplace on the ground floor.
Construction "turnkey" includes:
