Muda Reserve is located in Aldeia da Muda, between Comporta and Grândola, about 5 km from the Alentejo coast.
There are 50 plots of land ranging from 4 to 6 hectares, known as Village Farms, on which houses up to 500 sq.m. can be built, even farms.
These 50 sites are fully equipped with infrastructure: access roads, water (for agriculture, firefighting and household consumption), power grids and telecommunications networks.
Village Farms is a new concept of living, combining the estate and the beach with all the comforts and safety of modern living.
This rural residential project develops around the future of Aldeia da Muda, a new village built from scratch in the spirit of traditional Alentejo architecture.
The project will involve the entire infrastructure of the village: a church, playgrounds, a playground, retail services such as a grocery store, a minimarket, a restaurant and a newsstand.
Imagine living in the comfort and privacy of a private estate with all the amenities, infrastructure and services of a modern village near the protected coast.
In Village Farms on the site you can build a house of up to 500 square meters.
You can design your own architectural design or choose one of the solutions we can offer by renowned practitioners: Conceitos de Arte, Intergaup, GCCM and Saraiva e associados.
Estates not only have all the infrastructure, but can also be used for small agricultural work. Each plot has about half a hectare of land for growing vegetables or greens, for organic farming or other crops for domestic consumption.
The Muda Reserve project, Quintas da Aldeia, represents a new concept of life combining the countryside and the beach with all the comforts and security of modern life.
