Muda Reserve is located in Aldeia da Muda, between Comporta and Grândola, about 5 km from the Alentejo coast.
There are 50 plots of land ranging from 4 to 6 hectares, known as Village Farms, on which houses up to 500 sq.m. can be built, even farms.
These 50 sites are fully equipped with infrastructure: access roads, water (for agriculture, firefighting and household consumption), power grids and telecommunications networks.
Village Farms is a new concept of living, combining the estate and the beach with all the comforts and safety of modern living.
This rural residential project develops around the future of Aldeia da Muda, a new village built from scratch in the spirit of traditional Alentejo architecture.
