The buildings of the so-called Zaviša period have survived to this day - the recently reconstructed "Santauta" in Juodkrantė, the rest house "Gubaja" in the outskirts of Nida, the rest house "Pilkopė" in Juodkrantė, and the restaurant "Ešerinė" that stands out in the ethnographic part of Nida, designed by V. Guogis and , of course, the building of Neringa municipality, the author of which is G. Tiškus. The reconstruction of this house, together with the new church in Nida, were the last projects of A. Zaviša.The house belonged to a family for a very long time, which cherished the history of the Neringa region and preserved the unique architecture of this house. The location of this house is in the first row to the Curonian Lagoon. In just a few minutes you will reach the center of Nida city on a well-maintained pedestrian path, and when you leave your yard you will see the Nida pier, this innovative building was designed in 1964 by the talented young architect Alfreds Paulauskas. The pier on the shore of the lagoon became the highlight of the new Nida resort - it was visible both from the lagoon and from all sides of the town.
