The company Orbi Group has started construction of a new multifunctional hotel complex in Bakhmaro, which will add international importance to the resort. The author of the project is the famous architect Sam Wright, partner and director of WilkinsonEyre, one of the top five companies in the world. The multifunctional hotel complex in Bakhmaro is the first large-scale project, the architecture of which is adapted to the environment and is distinguished by a unique design characteristic of a mountain resort. It was the local landscape that became the main source of inspiration for the author of the project. The project area includes an 8-hectare plot of land, of which 1 hectare will house the complex hotel building, and 7 hectares will be dedicated to recreational and leisure spaces. The hotel complex will combine 350 apartments and hotel infrastructure. The complex will house sports grounds, restaurants, cafes, spas and sports wellness centers, a leisure park, attractions, recreational areas, a children's entertainment center, a movie theater, a swimming pool and parking, which will allow the resort to serve more than 300,000 tourists annually. . The completion date of the complex is December 2025.
