Forms of payment, installment, credit

✓ Payment for the purchase of an apartment is possible in your country of residence.

✓ Payment by installments is possible: 15% upon signing the contract for booking an apartment

+ 35% for 6 months + 50% for the next 6 months.

✓ Possible credit for the purchase of an apartment from a Czech bank, about 50% of the apartments cost

• we can assist you in organizing the legal person in which you will be 

owner and director. An apartment can be purchased for this legal person.
