A twelve-meter beaver-shaped pool with a spacious area around the pool and large outdoor dining and recreation areas are the main feature of this facility, allowing you to admire the tranquility of the ravine and sea views. The villa is conveniently located next to the resort's amenities such as Village Square restaurants, Golf Club, tennis and football academies, and the award-winning Retreat Spa.
The property is located on three comfortable levels. The entrance is on the lower level of the villa and includes a double room, living room, dining room and kitchen, which serves extensive outdoor dining and recreation areas on the same level. On the lower floor or pool level there are two adjacent rooms that can be converted into double rooms if necessary, a second living room, a second dining room and a second kitchen that overlook the pool terrace. At this level is a separate suite, as well as a sauna and gym, while the living room has a specialized home theater system installed. On the ground floor, the main suite gives the impression of a luxurious hotel room with a cozy living room.
The whole house is decorated with heated marble floors. The villa is also fully air-conditioned, with individually adjustable systems in each room. There are safes in every bedroom. The paintings decorating the villa are the originals of the Greek artist L. Dervenagas.
First floor.
The ground floor offers a cozy living room with high quality furniture and an entertainment center with outdoor speakers. The dining area is also located on the ground floor and adjacent to the Italian kitchen; an all-white modern functional space, fully equipped with built-in modern stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an oven and a microwave oven.
The outdoor holiday is further accentuated by luxury armchairs, coffee tables, dining table and professional street grill, bar and even traditional clay oven, which creates the perfect place where a cook can be hired to privately serve the family and their guests.
Luxury double category "king size" is the only bedroom on this floor and has access to the balcony and terrace. On the floor there is a bathroom with bathroom and shower. A separate toilet for guests is also available at this level.
Second floor.
The elegant main suite with wooden floors and ceilings is impressive in that its row of windows frames a magnificent ravine and stunning sea views, giving the impression of hanging paintings. The suite has an emperor-sized bed, and the bathroom has two washbasins, a separate shower, a bathtub and a toilet.
Pool level (lower floor)
Below the entrance level is the "free space" of the villa. A gym with professional equipment is located next to a sauna for eight people. The open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room overlook the pool terrace and the oval infinity pool. This area includes a large classic table seating up to ten people and is conveniently adjacent to a second fully equipped kitchen. There are two adjacent bedrooms with bathrooms with showers, washbasins and a toilet. Patia doors overlook the pool.
Also at this level there is a separate wet room for guests and a toilet with direct access from the pool. The private pool is heated as needed so that swimming is available all year round. Wooden chaise loungers made of teak and umbrellas create an atmosphere for tanning, while you can watch the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.
