The complex consists of 2 buildings with 82 apartments. The first building has already been put into operation, the second is in the final stage of construction. The new complex is located just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. The complex is ideal for year-round living. An area of more than 1000 m² is reserved for a large swimming pool with a children's section and an outdoor jacuzzi, restaurant and recreation areas. The buildings are equipped with modern elevators.
The complex offers a large selection of apartments with a comfortable – layout from inexpensive studios to three-room penthouses with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and mountains.
The complex has underground parking. The building is equipped with an elevator. In its common territory, owners will be provided with free Wi-Fi, and owners will be issued discount cards for the use of all services.

The building is built with high quality materials, carefully selected in combination with architectural details.
The structure is steel concrete, all external and internal walls are made of Austrian Winerberger brick, Porotherm light technology, which makes the building breathable.
The construction uses materials such as Rofix gypsum putty, Rofix external and internal insulation, Rehau windows, Czech roof insulation – Dechtochema, balconies lined with Bulgarian Vrachansky stone, wrought iron railings, and part of the building's facade lined with natural stone «gnais».
