The south-east facing apartment offers stunning views of the wonders of the high mountains. At 1495 meters above sea level you can experience summer and winter in the Austrian mountains from their most beautiful side. In winter you have direct access to the Ski Arlberg ski area, in summer you can enjoy the clear alpine air on your terrace.
In the area there are three excellent golf courses that can easily reach golf lovers by car or private golf shuttle. The 9- and 18-hole systems of Lech, St. Anton or Ausbraz can be reached within 30 to 60 minutes.
The apartments offer a comprehensive infrastructure outside your property, including a restaurant, a spa & wellness area, ski rooms and a monitored luggage room. Each apartment is individually designed and furnished in chalet style.
The apartment extends over two floors. In the lower floor there is a living room with kitchen, while the upper floor houses four bedrooms. The apartment is currently unfurnished. Special requests from the owner to the institution can be taken into account. The accompanying photos are intended only for illustration.
The apartment is classified with real secondary residence without a forced rent. You can also rent your apartment by appointment. The rental and maintenance of your property are taken over by an experienced operator (Buy & Let Serviced Apartments), and you will receive a corresponding return.
Optionally, private underground car parks and carport places are available exclusively for the apartment owners for purchase. The costs are EUR 43,000 for a underground car park and EUR 25,000 for a carport.
