
Real Estate Line: What is it, and How is It Formed
A real estate line is a set of objects presented within the framework of one company, project, or market, ordered according to certain criteria: type, price, purpose, and other parameters.
The main types of real estate lines:
- Residential real estate line. Includes apartments, houses, cottages, and flats. Usually divided into segments: economy, comfort, business, and premium classes.
- Commercial real estate line. This includes office space, retail space, warehouses, and industrial buildings.
- Investment real estate line. Income houses, apart-hotels, and commercial premises for rent.
- Land plot line. Land for development, agriculture, or recreation.
Forming a line allows you to cover different segments of buyers and increase sales volume. For example, a developer can offer budget apartments and premium penthouses at the same time. This helps buyers compare different properties and choose the best option within their budget and goals.
