The Karmelitów Bosych tenement is a two-story building built between 1770 and 1771, designed by Efraim Szreger. In 1884 (according to some sources, after the January Uprising), the building was extended with three-story annexes creating two internal courtyards. In 1998, the main building along with the annexes, courtyards, and fixed facilities was listed as a historical monument.
