Campaign 2 – Rental Guarantee
● Campaign Process
o Valid until December 31, 2024 or while stock last.
o The campaign is valid for the specified apartments as of November 15, 2024.
● Scope
o The campaign is valid for the flats specified in Studio, 1+1 and 1+1 Duplex apartment types.
o The rental guarantee is valid for 2 years.
o In order to benefit from the campaign, the buyer must keep the apartment in the rental system for 24
months from the date of key delivery.
o Along with the sales contract, the customer will also sign the rental agreement. The customer must
insure the apartment in order to be included in the rental system.
o In order to be included in the rental system, the buyer will receive the furniture package determined by
Döveç Construction LTD. for the rental system. The amount of the package of goods will be notified 2
months before the key delivery.
o Within the scope of the rental guarantee; Döveç Construction LTD. undertakes a rental guarantee of 7%
of the contract amount .
o The campaign is valid for only 10 apartments.
● Conditions of Participation
o For the houses offered in the campaign, the first payment requirement is 35% prepayment.
o The prepayment of 35% can be paid in 3 monthly installments, within 3 months.
o 10% discount campaign requirement
o Agents who benefit from this campaign will receive a 3% decrease in the commission rate. For example,
an agency with a commission rate of 12% will receive 9% within this campaign.
o Ongoing payments can be made as presented in the payment schedule
