ALMA – Where Architecture Meets Soul Tucked between the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra Madre mountains in Huatulco, Oaxaca, ALMA is a thoughtfully designed residential retreat that blends warm minimalism, sustainability, and understated luxury. This boutique, low-density community offers 2 to 4 bedroom condos and villas, each created as a space for restoration, privacy, and connection to nature. Designed by JJRR/Arquitectura and Módica-Ledezma, ALMA embraces modern Mexican architecture while honoring its spectacular surroundings. Every home is positioned to capture sweeping ocean views, featuring open layouts, travertine marble floors, Macuil wood cabinetry, and indoor-outdoor living spaces that let the beauty of Huatulco flow inside. Expansive terraces, private infinity pools, and discreet climate control enhance comfort without disturbing the natural environment. At ALMA, luxury is quiet, intentional, and rooted in sustainability. Residents enjoy a wellness center with sauna, cold plunge, and massage areas; two saltwater swimming pools; a fully equipped gym; and personalized concierge service. From vegetated roofs and solar strategies to on-site water treatment and a reforestation program within Huatulco’s National Park, every detail reflects a deep respect for the land. Located in one of Mexico’s most environmentally protected regions—Huatulco, a Platinum EarthCheck-certified destination known for its pristine bays, clean beaches, and thoughtful growth—ALMA offers space, silence, and soulful living for those who want to truly belong in nature. ALMA is starting at $16,200,000 MXN, but has been converted to USD for search purposes only.
