2nd floor: 4 isolated bedrooms, bathroom, toilet.

The price per season (3 or 4 months) is 10,000 euros + e-vo, gas, water, TV and Internet.

Everyone who has ever visited this beautiful place, felt its special aura, which is created by unique ancient buildings, pine forest, dunes, sea, lakes and clean air. The Baltic resort of Jurmala is located 25 km from the capital of Riga. Due to its favorable geographical location, it is easy to come to the city from any country in the world. Only 15 km from the city center is Riga International Airport. From the center of Riga to Jurmala in 30 minutes you can get by train or by minibus. The resort has a little more than 60 thousand permanent residents. In the summer, that number doubles.
Strategically advantageous place in the center of Jurmala, Majori Street Theatre. Near the central street of Yomas, a seven-minute walk from the concert hall of Dzintari, 600 meters to the sea, near all public transport.
