Description

Tourist recreation center "Ezernieki" was opened in 1972 and was a landmark of the USSR. In summer, up to 750 people a day rested, in winter - up to 500. On the territory of the complex there was also a dining room, a bar, a cinema and a concert hall, a boat base and a rental point for equipment.

The land plot with a total area of 10.6 hectares, the total area of buildings is 8882 m2, of which the hotel building is 5567 m2. the 5-storey building of the hotel has 90 rooms, each room has a bathroom. Quantity of 16-20 m2. Also on the territory there are two houses of 3-storey cottages (each with 17 one-room rooms) and a 2-storey house.

New windows and radiators were installed in the hotel building, water supply and sewerage systems were replaced. The floors in all rooms are parquet. The building has two elevators. Heating system - two boilers for solid fuel (pellets, firewood). Water - two wells 170 m - in working condition. There is a project of new biological treatment facilities. Own electric transformer, electric power connection of 40 amps.

The facility has a Lattelecom connection.

The peninsula is surrounded on all sides by the waters of Lake Ejezera. Nature, fresh air, fantastic view. An asphalt road from the Rezekne-Dagda highway. Distance from Riga - 280 km, to Kraslav and Rezekne - 45 km.
